<\/a><\/a>Our philosophy is founded on negotiating planning permission at the local level; and we view planning appeals as a last resort. However, planning appeals are an important part of the planning system and we are skilled at arguing our clients\u2019 cases using all three methods available: written representations, Hearings and public inquiries.<\/p>\n

We can directly instruct Planning Silk and Counsel on our clients\u2019 behalf; and also have successful working relationships with Planning Advocates and Planning Solicitors. We co-ordinate the instruction and input of other witnesses working on our cases; and often take the role of lead witness at Hearings and public inquiries.<\/p>\n
