The first stages of this project involved a site visit and the preparation of a pre-application submission to the Borough Council, in order to inform proposals for the redevelopment of a former railway station yard. We worked with architects, transport consultants, affordable housing consultants, acoustic consultants and contamination experts and co-ordinated the preparation, submission and negotiation of an outline planning application for the site’s redevelopment with 17 dwellings, including a number of affordable homes.
